SMART Insulation Panels

SMART Panels are manufactured of CFC & HCFC free closed cell Polyisocyanurate foam “sandwiched” between Aluminium foil or Kraft Paper with standard size of 4 m x 1.2 m and thickness varying from 10 mm to 75 mm

SMART Panels are technically and commercially, the best replacements of:- 

  • GI Duct with Nitrile / XPE / Glasswool Insulation for HVAC Ducting System.
  • Thermocol / Glasswool / Nitrile / Phenotharum for Underdeck & Overdeck Insulation.
  • Calcium Silicate tiles for False Ceiling.
  • Nitrile / XPE for floor insulation.
  • Thermal conductivity has great influence on energy consumption, the thermal conductivity of glass wool galvanized steel insulation duct and galvanized steel with Nitrile rubber insulation duct are 2 times and 1.5 times higher respectively than that of SMART PIR Panels, and their energy consumption is 2.4 and 1.8 times higher than SMART PIR Panels respectively.
  • SMART PIR Ducting system saves electricity with minimum of 10% to 30% per annum as the GI life span decreases because of leakage from joints due to corrosion.
  • In fact, traditional air duct adopts socket joint, so wind leakage is inevitable and their actual energy consumption is far more than what we mentioned above. Also because of contraction and expansion of GI ducts, corrosion occur which results in air leakages and more energy is therefore required to attain same temperature over a period of time.
  • The weight of SMART PIR Panels air duct is 1/6th of traditional duct, which can reduce the load of buildings.
